一、工作原理 Work pricipal
插入式超聲波冷熱量表,插入式超聲波熱量表運(yùn)用超聲波原理測(cè)量,兩個(gè)超聲波傳感器直接安裝在流量傳感器通道的兩端,將配對(duì)溫度傳感器分別安裝在熱交換回路的進(jìn)水和回水的管道上,將流量傳感器安裝在入口和出口管上,流量傳感器發(fā)出流量信號(hào),配對(duì)溫度傳感器給出進(jìn)水和回水的溫度信號(hào),計(jì)算器采集流量信號(hào)和溫度信號(hào),經(jīng)過(guò)計(jì)算顯示出載熱液體從人口至出口所釋放的熱量值。
超聲波信號(hào)通過(guò)這兩個(gè)傳感器相互發(fā)射,一個(gè)信號(hào)順流方向,一個(gè)信號(hào)逆流方向;
流量的測(cè)量是按時(shí)差法進(jìn)行的,時(shí)差與流速的大小成正比,可用公式表示:
組成:由積分儀、超聲波流量計(jì)和配對(duì)傳感器組成。
To test by ultrasonic principle,two ultrasonic censor directly fix the two head of the flow censor .The ultrasonic meter to test the flow,temperature test the difference from in to exit water. The calculator take the flow and tempeat-ure signal. And work out the heat quantity. The two ultrasonic sensors transmit to each tach other .
The way to test the flow quantity is a diffrence way, time and flow speed is direct ratio.Can be denote by this formula:
